Some Chargers require the installtion of the Root CA. This guide will help you with this process.

Alfen

Download the root certificates below and unzip them to *.fwi
- Using connection via public internet or own SIM card download Amazon Root CA1 certificate here.
- Using connection via APN SIM card download Global-Root-G2 certificate here.
Navigate to General / General
Choose the Root certificate under the firmware file location
Start Upload
